It seems odd.
It’s just not right.
There are too many days in this month.
Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against February. I’m just ready for something different.
Having an extra day — February 29 — is just too crazy for me.
With the extra day in 2012, I almost feel like I should do something special, something great.
It’s nearly 5 p.m., and there has been no greatness. I did enjoy a delicious lunch at the Pizza Ranch buffet. I have been working on other projects, including our Annual Report stories. I completed the Minnesota College Athletic Conference update and the Minnesota West coaches show. But, all those things are the same thing I do on any other Wednesday.
Somehow, I should make today memorable.
Perhaps tonight will have something in store for me. Granted, my plans include food, YMCA and watching the Timberwolves.
But who knows, maybe today will be memorable yet.
