Have you thought about starting a blog?

Well, have you?

If you’re reading this, that means you look at blogs.

And, by my own admission, this is just a random blog. I don’t necessarily have a theme to what I write. Others around the newsroom have similar approaches.

Some people do have a common theme throughout. Either way is great.

I understand time can be an issue. But these don’t have to take very long. You can spend as much — or as little — time as you want to write a blog.

There are people who think they don’t have anything interesting to say.

That’s just wrong. Everyone has something interesting to┬ásay. Everyone has special interests. It could be as simple as gardening or star gazing. It could be about youth sports or pro sports. Or parenting.

Basically, the sky is the limit.

If it’s something you want to try, let me know. Send me an e-mail (ahagen@dglobe.com) or comment below.

Writing blogs gives the opportunity to have a little fun. It can be a way to relieve stress or share funny stories.

Anyway you look at it, blogs are a great tool, and the Daily Globe readers would love to hear what you have to say!

So give it a try. Write a few posts and see how it goes.

Because this could be the start of something great.
